Last night was lovely. tapas+churros+sangria & great comapny. I think Kiki's is on the top of my list for birthday dinner locations! Marcus & Freya are amazing. They're like Carls & Chippy. So in love you don't have the heart to punch them. Anyway, proceeded to have a conversation about ice hockey (which i know nothing about. didn't stop me.) proceeded to have a conversation about the german & eu tax laws. have i ever paid taxes in the eu or germany? no. did that stop me from having an opinion? no. nice to hear eastern europe isn't the only part of europe still feeling the aftermath of WWII. damn straight. then marcus and i ranted on all the things we've ever done to attend a gig etc. and i death stared him for getting to see bob dylan+the grohl next month in boston.
Anyway, Marcus & Freya did a very good job of almost convincing me to fly through Munich so I could see Morrissey with them. Grrr Flights need to be finalised within the next week. going to have to hang out with Pollstar alot in the next few days.
placebo play berlin a day after my birthday apparently. but i will be too busy eating my way into turning 22 and downing Cosmos with Olla at cinnamon.
Oh & so apparently we're all going to canadia in january because sarah says so.
good enough for me.
i'm off to learn something. than to purchase metal. than off to Pete Yorn. Should be a fun night. a/ i haven't see the dirty stop out in a while b/ jenna is coming too c/ Pete apparently has this whole i'm-32-in flannel-with-stubble-and -a-guitar thing happening...which is rocking my world right now. a little younger than tnt...but hey.
